Privacy

This website

This site doesn't set cookies and doesn't use analytics or third-party trackers. The fonts, images and film are served from this site itself.

Like any website, our hosting provider, Cloudflare, Inc., processes technical data, such as IP addresses, to deliver pages and protect against abuse.

Interest forms

When you register interest, Marko Bosnjak receives the details you enter in the form. We use them only for the purpose you ticked: to email you about Waystone's testing and launch, or to reply about a possible partnership. We don't sell them or share them for marketing.

Along with your details, the form sends the page you sent it from, the first page of this site you opened and, if another website linked you here, that website's name. This tells us which guides are useful. Your browser keeps the first page until you send the form; we use no cookies for it.

Your details are stored by Cloudflare, Inc., which runs the form service for us. Its servers may be outside the EU, including in the United States. We keep them until you ask us to delete them, or until the Waystone project ends.

We rely on your consent. You can withdraw it, and ask to see, correct or delete your details, at any time by emailing m.bosnjak502@gmail.com. If you're in the EU and unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to your data protection authority.

The planned product

Waystone is designed to run on your laptop, so your questions stay on your laptop. That's a design goal for a product in development, not a description of released software. We'll describe exactly how it works before release.
